Depending on when you read this review some of the benefits of having an agent may or may not have changed - but our experience was during the great price inflation phenomenon of the COVID-19 pandemic. Houses were going for $100k+ over asking and cottages were worse. During our quest to find a place for our family to escape lockdown after interminable lockdown, Sharon's frank, matter-of-fact approach to real-estate was a breath of fresh air. Never were we pressured to offer more than was within our budget and financially responsible to simply close the deal. On the other side of the coin, we were also never coddled into thinking that a low-ball price had any chance of winning. With an honest, and forthright manner, Sharon got us into the place that was right for our family. Regardless of whether you are reading this review during the pandemic or after, Sharon will help you navigate smoothly and safely through the shark, infested waters of your next purchase of a beautiful cottage or forever home. Sharon's understanding of property values, investment potential, cottage country considerations and quick responsiveness on email communication really made the entire shopping process as stress-free and efficient as it could be.
