Being a first time home buyer I had a initial meeting for 15 minutes with Mr. Jay Dewan and provided brief introduction about the whole process, understand my requirement and provided valuable suggestions. Then he has recommended Mr. Shariq for my home search. I have had started my home search journey from April. On the First meeting Mr. Shariq provided a detailed walkthrough on the entire process step by step with professionalism and through knowledge. I usually provide home listings which I would like to see. Mr. Shariq has done lots of through analysis pertaining to Year Built, Neighbourhood and whether its fit on my budget or not. Then he will come back with valuable recommendations on the list of property. During our home visit – Always Mr. Shariq has provided lots of suggestions. He is not only the realtor and I would say he is an excellent consultant with extensive knowledge on the entire home buying process, current market situation, provide valuable inputs which are required for after home buying process. Finally I bought a home with in five visits. Today I had a second visit on the home which scheduled for closing next week. Mr. Shariq is very professional . He has checked the entire home starting from Kitchen stove, fridge oven, lights , garage, electric panels and provided how to maintain furnace etc… I would like to thank you Mr. Shariq for all his efforts on the entire journey. Though its very short I have learned many things from him. Communication is the key. Always he will respond to the email, message and phone very quickly. Mr. Shariq is very professional.
