We weren't the easiest clients by any means, but Shannon stuck with us throughout the journey in finding our forever home. She was patient, kind, humorous, and always up for helping us whenever we needed it. She isnt afraid to push for answers to questions we had, and gets things done promptly. Despite it taking a long time for the right home to pop up, Shannon helped us to keep our chin up and made the experience fun. Then once we did find it, Shannon was able to pivot quickly to help us sell our existing home, and her many years of experience really shone through as we were able to achieve a quick sale. We highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for the right Realtor to help them find that special new home!

This is the second Time we have used Shannon. She sold us our first home 5 1/2 years ago, and was outstanding. When it came time to list our home for sale, there was no doubt in our minds who we wanted to use. Shannon came over right away and got our listing up and running. She had numerous open houses, and did everything she could to sell our home. We had numerous consultations with her on how to sell the home. It took a while to sell the home. (by no fault of Shannons, the house had a few things going against it) Shannon eventually found us a buyer, and the process went well from there. Then it was time to find a new home. Shannon knew exactly what type of home we were looking for. She found the perfect listing, and promptly got us a viewing. We fell in love with the home, and ended up buying it. Shannon facilitated the purchase in coordination with the selling or our old home. She went above and beyond our expectations. We ended up totally happy in our new home!!!!
