Shannon was a dream to work with. Her no-nonsense, steadfast approach to finding the right home for our family was an absolute success. She helped us navigate multiple neighbourhoods, and multiple viewings, to eventually narrow down exactly what we wanted. As two surgeons with three very young children, we needed someone who was able to really listen to us and then be able to navigate a number of things quite independently since we have so little free time ourselves. We had complete trust and confidence in her abilities, and also her appropriateness of asking questions when required, at every step of the way. She helped us handle a multitude of roadblocks, and directed us in choosing which ones were worth fighting and which ones weren’t (including making an offer on a foreclosure property and thereby teaching us all about the proceedings as well as attending court with us, helping us deal with the upset when we were outbid despite her warning us very well of the details of how this could happen, then subsequently helping us find a TRUE GEM of a house at the end of it all). When we got the keys to our new dream home, she didn’t feel that the cleaning was up to her standards so she even negotiated that the sellers pay for a better deep clean - in addition to her bringing her own cleaning supplies and doing an initial clean HERSELF so that we didn’t have to waste any time waiting to enjoy the space. She is motivated by the right reasons, and genuinely cares about her clients. She never gave up, and at the end of the day she negotiated an amazing outcome for our family. We are settled in, and thrilled with our new home that checks every single box for our family of five.

I was so grateful to have Shannon as my realtor. She guided me through the process every step of the way, she called and texted me to check in, and was always available to answer any of my questions, no matter how small. As a first time home buyer, I was so relieved to be able to lean on Shannon for support and advice. She was kind, caring and thoughtful. She even provided me with a list of steps to complete before moving date. It took a lot of stress off my plate. I would highly recommend Shannon as a realtor!
