Very easy to work with and communication was excellent Shannon is fun professional with many years of experience that really paid off !!

Shannon, successfully completed the sale of our rental property in Port Coquitlam. The major problem was the the rental income. Prospective buyers were looking for a higher overall gross revenue stream. The challenge was to get the tenants to agree to pay higher rents when the government has a freeze on any rental increases. Shannon dealt very effectively with our two tenants. One tenant was content wanted to stay and agreed to a $200.00 per month increase and the other agreed to move out in a years time which will allow a sizeable rental increase, perhaps as much a double the current low rent. A wonderful job.

I can not say enough about Shannon as a realtor. I have sold 6 homes and have always needed to prompt the realtors throughout the sales process. Shannon has been the exception. Due to the increased supply of inventory on the market, once a decision was made to list my townhouse, Shannon moved with focused, but lightening speed to get my property on MLS while the market was hot. I was right on the cusp of the market shifting so Shannon was attentive, creative, thoughtful, strategic, timely and so much more!! Shannon took exceptional care of me as a client. She displayed grace and decorum throughout the entire sale and had the ability to anticipate every challenge, need and want. I would highly recommend Shannon as a realtor and will absolutely call upon Shannon's services again in the future. She is truly an exception as a realtor and as a human being.

Shannon is an awesome realtor. She handled pretty much all the paperwork which is a blessing. Her communication, negotiating, and relationship skills are excellent in getting me a good price, connecting with other realtor(s) and buyers to close out of the deal. She had a sense of urgency, helping me throughout the process, including removal of subject and suggestions for conveyancing. Shannon was a dream to work with. Her no-nonsense, steadfast approach to finding the right home for our family was an absolute success. She helped us navigate multiple neighbourhoods, and multiple viewings, to eventually narrow down exactly what we wanted. As two surgeons with three very young children, we needed someone who was able to really listen to us and then be able to navigate a number of things quite independently since we have so little free time ourselves. We had complete trust and confidence in her abilities, and also her appropriateness of asking questions when required, at every step of the way. She helped us handle a multitude of roadblocks, and directed us in choosing which ones were worth fighting and which ones weren’t (including making an offer on a foreclosure property and thereby teaching us all about the proceedings as well as attending court with us, helping us deal with the upset when we were outbid despite her warning us very well of the details of how this could happen, then subsequently helping us find a TRUE GEM of a house at the end of it all). When we got the keys to our new dream home, she didn’t feel that the cleaning was up to her standards so she even negotiated that the sellers pay for a better deep clean - in addition to her bringing her own cleaning supplies and doing an initial clean HERSELF so that we didn’t have to waste any time waiting to enjoy the space. She is motivated by the right reasons, and genuinely cares about her clients. She never gave up, and at the end of the day she negotiated an amazing outcome for our family. We are settled in, and thrilled with our new home that checks every single box for our family of five.
