Shannon helped us through the entire process with flying colours. She is one in a million. A wonderful person, honest and very knowledgeable of real estate as well as how homes are built. All this helped us to make very well informed decisions and to purchase just the right home for what our family needed. We are so happy to have met Shannon and to have her on our side to guide us along the way. Also wanted to say that our parents were also impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. We reached out to Shannon after the sale was done and we had moved in to ask further questions and she was very open to spending the time to help us out with strata questions. We would not hesitate to involve her in any future transactions.

Overall I am happy with Shannon's work, diligent but stubborn, both in a good way - sometimes needs to be more understanding of the client's situation. It worked out for this transaction but might not always be the case. Overall still happy and would recommend to others.

Shannon was great through our process. She was excellent at keeping everyone calm as things were happening quickly. We were serious about buying but we weren't necessarily in a rush. Shannon didn't rush us into any place, but was supportive in teaching us the process. When we were ready to make a move, she was very fast.

We had a very great experience with Shannon. She listened to our needs and searched for properties accordingly. Being first time home buyer, we were not aware of the process. Sometimes we got confused and compromised on factors which were important but Shannon was always on guard. This avoided us in doing silly mistakes. Finally, we found our house within our budget. I would highly recommend Shannon's services.
