As this was my first “Condo” purchase I had many questions and concerns relating to a Strata and HOA purchase and regulations. Shannon was patient and thorough in answering my queries. I feel she went above and beyond a realtors scope of work from beginning to past the end of our purchase experience. I would and have recommended Shannon to others.
