Shay was an absolute dream in helping us with our first home purchase. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, flexible, supportive, patient, responsive and willing to go at a moments notice to look at any potential house. She was also incredibly honest, and not even remotely pushy. She continued to help us through every step, including great recommendations for inspectors, lawyers, etc. We took all of her recommendations, as we had no idea who to go with for our first home purchase, and have no regrets. We highly recommend going with Shay for any real estate needs. She is beyond awesome and actually cares. Love her to bits!

We cannot even being to express the love and respect that we have for Shay! She understood exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations in everyway imaginable. Shaw is thoughtful and understanding in a way you don’t find in todays day and age. She puts your interests at the highest priority and shows you compassion and love like a friend you’ve known all your life. Shay is the type of person to give you the shirt off her back and also has spares in the trunk for your friends. The house we ended up with was only on the market for 15 minutes before she had it in our inbox, and 2 hours later we were at the front door of what would soon become our first family home. She was beyond knowledgeable and guided us through the process step by step to help insure we got a home. She walked us through the place, gave us opinions on what was good and what could use work, she even knows who to call to get the job done right and for the right price. We felt supported every step of the way and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our family now lives in our dream home, in our dream neighborhood! We could never expected such a complicated process to go so smoothly and that is all because Shay knows her stuff. We could never recommend her enough, and we’ve tried, so I guess we will just keep recommending until we are long gone or she retires. Either way fair trade.
