Seller and buyer were not the easiest to deal with. This agent did the best he could with what he was working with. I’ve recommend him to others.

Sham is to the point, honest, and will tell you what needs to be done to close a deal with class. Pleasure to work with on the numerous times I have bought and sold with him.

<p>This is our second time dealing with Shami for our real estate needs, having both purchased and sold our home with him guiding us through the process. Even factoring in the issues and conditions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, Shami remained patient, professional and was always available to answer questions.</p> <p>As a military family that was posted outside of Canada we were unable to sell our house prior to having to depart the country. Shami remained in close contact and worked with us and those we had designated to care for the house in our absence (through us) to ensure that our listing remained active and relevant and that scheduled viewings could continue. During the final stages of the sale, he went above and beyond to coordinate specific details and appointments; far more than we would normally expect an agent to do for a client!</p> <p>Thank you (again) Shami for all of your help in selling our home.
