Condo purchase. Unbelievable team systems made everything easy from docusign signatures to automated new price info feeds. I got to look at 2-15 new places each day without leaving home. When it came time to inspect possible places Tim organized 2-3 at same time. Easy. Tim negotiated really well because he knew the market cold and could justify reasons for our offer point. Even advised reasons I should not buy in different buildings. Babysat the whole process. Dedicated and thorough. We take possession tomorrow.
