Sergey did some research and provided us a number for the value for the property, which helped us in determining the max we can offer on the property. He strategically put in a pre-emptive offer, which I think helped us win the offer. Sergey was always available for questions and gave all the information that we asked for.

Sergey and his team helped us to find and buy a house during the times of crazy hot seller’s market. They were alway responsive, replying to our messages in the evenings and during weekends. What also helped us is having access to an internal pool of options, which were not yet available on public web services. Sergey’s team has provided us with valuable advice both on the options we were considering, on the way houses have been being built through the years, what should we be paying attention to and what is a good house buying process, review the results of each of the steps and made sure the end results would leave us completely satisfied. They also referred us to other professionals that had proved to be top of the list in their domain. I couldn’t recommend Sergey and his team enough! There is a reason they are in the top 50 list of the Realtor companies for several years now.

And it shows every step of the process: he went above and beyond to understand our needs, guide us through the process, arrange showings and inspections and advise us, and most importantly, to negotiate a perfect deal for us on the house we fell in love with.
