If we could give more than 5 stars we would!! We have used Sep exclusively as our agent in Toronto. The first time was 3 years ago when he helped us find a condo and then again in 2026 when he helped us sell that same condo and buy a house! We just sold the condo ( he made that happen in a very very TOUGH market) and pointed us in the right direction for a house- which he also found for us ( it did not come through on my daily feed). Throughout this whole process Sep was an absolute rock star!!!! He calmed me down ( when I had to do yet another showing ) he paid attention to the SMALLEST detail ( like when I had a few showings to make sure the lockbox contained the key) and reassured me consistently that our efforts would pay off- and they did! He ensured that he whole process went without a hitch! He researched market stats for us and any decision he suggested we make was backed up by comparables. He is honest and I absolutely trust his expertise- proving over and over that if we took his advice on board ( it was always our choice) things would move forward. I am extremely fussy and Sep is a great agent to have- he is a hustler and pro- active and yet maintains integrity! Thank you Sep for finding us the perfect house !!
