My parents owned 2 homes. Sean Holden sold them both in a short period of time and with amazing results. There were legal issues involved in the sale of one of these homes and Sean met every problem head on and found a solution that worked for everyone. Sean was available when I called and if I left a message, email or text, Sean would always return my messages promptly. Sean was always accommodating and even met with my mother at her nursing home at times that were convenient for her. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Sean to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, hardworking, conscientious and personable realtor who knows exactly what it takes to sell a home.
