As a first-time homebuyer, there were a lot of nerves heading into this experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Scott! He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, guiding me every step of the way with patience and expertise. In a competitive buyers market, not only did Scott find me the perfect property in the neighborhood I desired, he competed against several others offers to get our offer accepted below the max of my budget and I’m still in shock!!! I love my new condo and look forward to working with Scott in the future. HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to find their dream home!!!

I have moved many times over the years. Before selecting Scott I read the reviews from others who had worked with him. One in particular stood out. The client stated “Moving with Scott was a dream!” I thought to myself- I want that experience. In the past, moving has always been super stressful for me. Scott did not disappoint. From beginning to end I was impressed with his innovative strategies, incredible understanding of the market, the buyer and the seller. Scott sold my home in 6 days at a time when homes were staying on the market for months! He not only did an outstanding job of pricing just right but he also showed his skill at negotiating a fair, awesome price on the purchasing end. Since I purchased 2 properties with him I had the privilege of seeing his expertise displayed with 2 very different properties. I am beyond pleased!! The most important quality that Scott possesses however; in spite of the aforementioned, is that he genuinely cares about his clients. For that reason alone I can now honestly say- moving with Scot was a dream!!!
