Once the back door and once the garage side door. I was in the city both times to discover this and it was another buyer's agent who neglected to check the doors. I alerted Scott and he verified it's a good idea to have someone check on the property after a showing. He also said that he would stop by the property on subsequent showings if I was out of town.</p> <p>Overall Scott's preparedness, knowledge of industry and good advice made the home sale a good experience.</p>

<p>Scott is very knowledgeable and has a lot of good practical advice for sellers like us. He is open to doing whatever he can to market our house. He shows great skills, professionalism and patience is dealing with people. The one area were it would make him even better would be addressing his cell phone service. Both my wife and I find it hard to understand at times as the convesation sometimes cuts in and out. Overall, would recommend Scott Merchant.</p>
