<p>Scott is friendly, patient, and offer great advice. I found him to be very knowledgeable on properties throughout the city since I was trying to narrow down which area to settle; great for anyone new to city or even new to the area. Offered his opinion is respectable manner with reasoning when pursuing offers. He is detail oriented when looking into the history and comparisons of houses. He was flexible and usually available on short notice. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend again.</p>

Were they neighbourhood savvy?'</p> <p>The lower score on Professionalism is in reference to the 2 occasions I'm aware of, where a door in the house was left open after a showing. Once the back door and once the garage side door. I was in the city both times to discover this and it was another buyer's agent who neglected to check the doors. I alerted Scott and he verified it's a good idea to have someone check on the property after a showing. He also said that he would stop by the property on subsequent showings if I was out of town.</p> <p>Overall Scott's preparedness, knowledge of industry and good advice made the home sale a good experience.</p>

<p>Scott is very knowledgeable and has a lot of good practical advice for sellers like us. He is open to doing whatever he can to market our house. He shows great skills, professionalism and patience is dealing with people. The one area were it would make him even better would be addressing his cell phone service. Both my wife and I find it hard to understand at times as the convesation sometimes cuts in and out. Overall, would recommend Scott Merchant.</p>
