Scott handled the whole process of our purchase quite well. From the initial search, to reducing our potential list to homes most suited for us, to arranging showings for us, he was quite accommodating. We had to travel from out of town for showings and Scott was able to arrange them in the tight window we were available. There were conditions the first place we were interested in couldn't meet. Scott advised us on what should be in the offer to protect us, which really saved us from what could have been a big problem. We did eventually purchase the next place we put an offer on, but not before making an offer, withdrawing it because of second guessing, and resubmitting it. Scott was completely patient with us during our indecision and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. We never felt pressure to buy quickly, which has happened to us in the past. Would definitely use Scott again.
