Sara is always prepared, on time and professional. She has insight into the greater real estate market as well as thoughts on specific neighborhoods.

Sara was very easy to work with and has a great knowledge of the Edmonton market area and truly understands the needs of the client, she was able to provide a lot of extra information about the houses and neighborhoods, she is very detail oriented and I would highly recommend her as a person you want to be dealing with. As a first time home buyer, I REALLY appreciated the details on the entire buying process that she shared with me, even providing me with a binder of information! I liked the way she set up showings in a "shopping day" fashion. We saw a bunch of properties in one area one day, making it efficient for both of us. I always felt Sara was on my side, and although I was in a lower price point, I never felt "less important".
