Sara hands down is the best realtor I know. We had an amazing experience selling and buying with her. She is easy to reach, extremely patient, informative, professional yet friendly. She treat her clients like gold! We spent 3 months searching for our new home and was ready to put an offer in. At the very last second, we pulled out because we couldn't commit to living in developing neighbourhood with construction around for at least the next year. Not only was Sara super understanding, kind, and not lose her cool with us, she was able to find our dream home in our most desired neighbourhood within the week. She will be my realtor and friend for life! I just love her.

Sara was Amazing to deal with, she gave us good advise and was fun to work with. She was very patient through out our many viewings and knew what we were looking for. Sara followed up and looked after us even after the deal was closed. She is not only a great real estate agent, she is a great person.

Sara helped us deal with a difficult seller - the deal went back and forth with various hurdles along the way. Sara was watching out for us, and was happy to let us walk away from the deal when things looked dicey. It ended up going through, and everything worked out, but I was impressed that she didn't try to push things through if it wasn't a positive situation. We are working with her again on an upcoming purchase.

Sara did not push me to buy any property, but patiently waited while I made my decision. Whenever I asked for advice, she was able to help based on an impressive knowledge of the Edmonton market and neighbourhoods. She is kind, friendly, and great to work with.

<p>We contacted Sara about selling a rental property of ours and after listening to her advice on how to prepare the property, 3 weeks later it was ready to list. We met her at the property on a Saturday to sign the listing agreement and have photo's taken, the listing was on Sunday morning and before noon we had 3 viewings scheduled. By Sunday night we accepted an offer and closed 3 weeks later, under Sara's guidance we priced the house correctly hence leading to the quick activity.
