<p>We used Sarah for both our sale and purchase and would not only use her again personally for a sale and/or purchase but would definitely recommend her to everyone we know and have.</p> <p>She made our sale a piece of cake - the effort and extent that she goes to, to market your property is a definite A+. You see so many realtors take their own photos with their smart phones or cheap digital cameras, but not Sarah - she has a professional photographer take photos of your home which allow it to showcase at its full potential. Our home sold in 9 days because of Sarah's fantastic marketing!</p> <br /> <p>Purchasing a home took us a few months ... and a few different offers at that. Not once did Sarah make us feel like we were a burden to her (even when she was on vacation) and was SO accommodating with our busy schedules juggling work and a toddler.</p> <p>Sarah made sure to get to know our family and what we wanted in our new home. There were some that we would go look at, and within two minutes Sarah would say right away that this wasn't the home for us - because she knew us so well. She was always well informed about the area and homes we looked at (with doing research ahead of time), and if we had any questions she made sure to get us the answers right away.</p> <p>We had a few bumps with the purchase of our home (not our fault or Sarah's) and Sarah was there every step of the way helping anyway she could. She definitely goes ABOVE and beyond for her clients. We can't thank Sarah enough for all her hard work during the sale and purchase of our homes; she is absolutely fantastic!</p>

<p>Sarah always goes above and beyond to ensure that me as a client (or past client) have the information I need to make an informed decision and get the best deal possible. She worked through some difficult negotiations with the builder/owner when I was closing on my current property. We learned of numerous additional matters along the way (permits that may not have been pulled, etc.) but Sarah went above and beyond, dug further into the research I had managed and ensured we closed the open ended problems.</p> <p>She is personable, professional, interesting, knowledgeable and a joy to work with both when buying and selling a home. I went immediately to her when the possibility of acquiring another property in my neighbourhood became available and refer all of my friends to her! I have worked with stodgy, difficult, apparently non-invested realtors and that is NOT what you get from Sarah. She sends your comps, updates your research, ensures you are up to date on visits to your property, etc. She is my first and only choice for a realtor in Edmonton!</p>
