We have relied on Sarah for our last 2 home sales and purchases and we couldn't recommend her more! This most recent home purchase we viewed a LOT of homes looking for the right one and she was patient and encouraging every step of the way. She's great at asking questions and looking at things we never would have thought of, she doesn't hesitate to dig for more information from the listing agents to arm you with the right details, and she offers her advice and expertise along the way without being pushy and giving you the space you need to make the right decision for you. She even went out of her way to call our mortgage broker when we were feeling frustrated with their lack of progress. We've found Sarah to be very knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods we've looked in, always up to date on the latest news around mortgage rules and the market in general, and she's very well connected in her industry which gave us confidence during home inspections, negotiations, etc. When you're making one of the biggest purchasing decisions of your life, feeling confident in your real estate agent is critical to making it a smooth experience, and we have always felt confident Sarah had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Sarah if you're considering working with her!

<p>Sarah was a knowledgeable and professional agent. My wife and I recently purchased a house, but had spent many months prior in deciding what best fit our needs and preferences. Sarah was patient, understanding and exceptionally quick in communication both in response to our questions and delivering us updates based on our personal requests. She was able to meet us and take us on tours that worked around our schedule and was able to reschedule easily if we needed. Once we settled on a house, we were able to take multiple walk-throughs and for our first time purchase of a house we were surprised how smoothly the whole process went down. The final buying price was almost exactly what we had in mind from the beginning and even though there were some tricky negotiations, Sarah helped us through it all and gave us consistent and open feedback during the entire process.
