We were introduced to Sarah through several friends of ours who used her for their home purchases. Before we met Sarah, we were told all about her vast knowledge of the real estate industry and her ability to be candid with clients based on their needs. She certainly lived up to - and exceeded - our expectations. Between her ability to accommodate our schedules for viewings, to coordinating with the seller/mortgage broker/lawyer, to her honest recommendations when placing a realistic offer, our buying experience was way less stressful than anticipated. Sarah was quick to respond to emails and text messages, which was helpful for times where a relatively immediate answer was needed. We would be delighted to work with Sarah again in the future.

Sarah was great throughout the process of selling the house. We interviewed a few realtors and felt she was extremely personable and professional. She genuinely cared and wanted to help us. She was able to arrange a lot of showings and guided us in staging the house well. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a genuine person who will do her best to get you the best deal.

<p>There are a lot of real estate agents in Edmonton but Sarah is absolutely one of the best (if not the best agent out there). I have used her multiple times to sell properties which included investment properties and our home.</p> <p>I have used larger "prominent" agencies in Edmonton in the past, but to no success as those firms gave poor service and were seemingly too busy with the volume of houses/clients in their portfolio. They were unable to provide the personal touch Sarah was able to. Sarah provides great feedback (realistic) along with suggestions to help move your property in a tough climate.</p> <p>Will definitely recommend her to friends and family, and use her again if needed.</p> <p>She is the best!</p>
