Sarah did a wonderful job selling my condo in downtown Edmonton even though I live out of the province. She helped me complete the sale remotely, using email and txt messages. Sarah sent me frequent updates, and did everything she could to make the process as smooth as possible. Sarah was realistic and honest about the amount I could expect from the sale, and what I would be able to negotiate with the buyer,. The sale completed very smoothly and for almost exactly the amount she had originally estimated. I would absolutely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for an agent that is trust-worthy, honest, and who will work hard to make the sale of your property as easy as possible.

This was our first Buying experience with Sarah, we did use her previously for a sale (which we also rated 5 Star). From that experience when we were ready to buy, we didn't hesitate to go with Sarah again. It was a long journey to find the house of our dreams, but she stuck with us and found us some gems, in the end the home we are now in is a culmination of the determination and dedication Sarah brings to every client. All my circle of friends do all their real estate via Sarah, and I continue to recommend her to people looking to buy or sell. I love my home, it fit the remit perfectly and we couldn't be happier!
