We had such a great experience the first time with Sarah Leib when we sold our home and bought a new home that we called on her again for an estate family sale of our Mom’s home. Sarah and Kimberly Graham were very responsive and totally understanding that this wasn’t just a sales transaction but a family grieving over the loss of our Mom and needing to move forward. Sarah and Kimberly kept us fully informed and aware of next steps and also provided additional information to all the questions we had. They also were excellent listeners as I requested communication be with my sister and brother so we were all informed and involved in the process and they consistently made that happen via telephone calls and WhatsApp. It’s not easy working with diverse family dynamics however Sarah and Kimberly were always there for us from the start of the process to the end - reaching out to ensure everything went smoothly including recommending a list of local law offices to handle the legal details. Will be calling on Sarah again and again as our real estate need’s evolve!
