As first time home buyers we were nervous about buying our first home. Sarah was amazing in helping us identifying what type of home we were looking for and finding us one in the neighbourhood we wanted. She was very patient with us answering all our questions and taking us to see several homes. She never made us feel pressured or that she was just interested in selling us a home. Instead she took the time find us the house that was perfect for our family. She even pointed out features in homes that she thought did not make them suitable to us or what we were looking for. In terms of her negotiation skills she got us our house for under the asking price and was able to knock the down the price further after the home inspection. Overall a fantastic experience!

I would without a doubt use Sarah again, problem is she has sold me my dream home so doubt i will be moving but if i did, she would be the one to call. Highly recommend.

Sarah helped us sell our house in one week with 20 offers! Early on when we approached her about the sell of our house she diligently assess the market value of our property. She then helped us with making a list of what work needed to be done to make the house prepared and staged for sale. She walked us through every step of the process and was there for us when we needed her. During the sale when the number of bookings became overwhelming she made a personal visit to the house to ensure that no damage was done to our house. She then handled the multiple offer situation with grace and professionalism. I can only say Sarah is the best you can find as an agent. She is passionate about her work and offers you the service you deserve.

What a great experience! We worked with Sarah to purchase our home a few years ago and needed her services once more, but this time to sell our home. The moment we decided to put our home on the market, Sarah stepped in and helped us get organized. She gave excellent suggestions of what to do to prepare our home to get the most out of it. This pre-sale preparation was absolutely worth it: Within 3 days, we received 3 offers! Sarah really demonstrated her experience and negotiation skills as we managed to sell above asking price! Sarah went above and beyond many times to help us navigate through this transaction. Since we moved outside of the province before the closing date, a lot had to be done remotely and Sarah effectively represented us locally for the last few steps.
