<p>Sarah was a complete pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond all expectations.<br /> We will definitely highly recommend her to any neighbours, coworkers, friends and family. She is very professional and knowledgeable. We also got way above our asking price in an extremely short time.</p>

<p>Truthfully, Sarah is a 5* 100% effort agent. We first met over 5 years ago when we were not ready to list. She was patient knowing one day we would. When that day came, Sarah made our listing, staging, selling and purchasing of our new home a breeze! She kept us up to date every step of the way, we were never left "in the dark". She explained every detail and aspect thoroughly. When it came to seeing homes (20-30) again her patience was endearing. Never once did we feel her time was wasted and she ensured we kept our search up until we found the right one. As for the sale of our home I am happy to advise Sarah set an all-time record for our neighbourhood smashing the old record by over $100,000! As we liked to say, Sarah was tiger in negotiations but a kitten with her clients! I would have no regrets or hesitation to refer Sarah to all my friends, family and colleagues.</p>

<p>I have known Sarah for 11 years, and during this time she has worked with me on 6 transactions including leasing, purchasing and selling. I cannot speak highly enough of her skills as an agent. I find her communication skills excellent especially in terms of understanding my needs, and being both proactive and responsive. She is an excellent negotiator and she is very hands-on in moving the process along to a satisfying conclusion. I have always felt that she puts my goals and interests above her own. For example, she has been sending me notices of sales in my neighbourhood for several years, even though she knows I have no short-term intention of selling.</p> <p>At this point, Sarah is a friend. Although she is knowledgeable and serious when it comes to a transaction, she is warm and generous, up-beat, with a great sense of humour. She is someone worth knowing, both on a business and personal level.</p>

<p>Sarah made me feel comfortable and was connected throughout the process. The process was slightly rushed (I.e. Not a lot of information known or provided about the unit), however that can be attributed to the nature of the housing market right now.<br /> Overall it was a great experience and even though we had some last minute obstacles that came up, Sarah was able to find solutions throughout the closing process.<br /> If there is anything that could be improved in the future, it would help if Sarah could be more organized and connected closer to the closing, so that problems do not arise with communication. However, nobody is perfect, so it always helps to have something to improve on.<br /> I would recommend Sarah to other buyers/sellers.</p>
