This is our second time choosing Sam as our real estate agent to buy a property in Welland and sell our house in Mississauga. Our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition in a few days in the market. People find listings on his site easily, his social media presence was strong, and no doubt, he put a lot of work into it. His marketing strategy are excellent. Sam was also incredibly friendly and helpful as he walked us through every step of the closing process of buying and selling. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. He was outstanding and a true professional. We had recommended Sam to our family members and friends. We realized it won’t always be this easy to find a forever home and sell your most loved house, but we think you’d be hard pressed to find a better realtor. Kudos to you our friend!
