This was our second time working with Sam to look for a new home. We bought our first home with him when we did know the market at all, and then sold that house and moved again with him. As always, he was very diligent, always punctual, pointed out all the things we should know about the house, did homework on the neighborhood anytime we were serious about the house, and never pressured us into buying or selling at a time when we weren't ready. He is professional, friendly and very open about what he thinks. We always felt taken cared of, and supported. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam to my friends and family.
