As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Sam ! From the very beginning Sam was extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive at every step of the journey . He took his time to explain me the entire purchase process , so I could better understand and fully participate while feeling supported and confident with every decision . Sam also offered me help with the mortgage process, connecting me with trusted agents from his team and coordinating everything seamlessly. What truly set him apart and amazed me , was his absolute honesty—he never hesitated to advise against properties that did not meet his high standards and always made sure that was present during every viewing to offer me his professional guidance . This integrity ultimately saved me from purchasing a properties that could have cause a lot of additional expenses and issues in the future and taught me to be more observant to details I would never pay attention otherwise ! He was always responsive, available when needed and never made me feel like any question was too small ! Once we found the right property, Sam was able to negotiate for me the best price and additional conditions , what was crucial to successful closing ! It was amazing to observe how skilled and determined he was during these deciding hours :-) Later , Sam continued to support me by recommending a very experienced and thorough home inspector, as well as a trusted team of contractors to address minor issues identified in the inspection. He was always punctual, very patient, and showed genuine empathy throughout what can be a stressful process, making it feel surprisingly smooth and even enjoyable. I felt truly cared for and supported from start to finish and I will get always back to him and his team in the future ! Getting introduced to Sam Najjar was a very unplanned process. I was helping someone find a realtor as they were interested in exploring properties in Burlington. I called my friends who lived there, one of them recommend their realtor, who unfortunately had retired and recommended Sam in turn. Inadvertently I became his client! In a year when the Canadian real estate market was clearly cooling in 2025, finding the right home was anything but easy. Choices were tough, and to be honest, we were not the easiest clients to please. Through all of that, Sam showed up with patience, and genuine commitment. Working with him was a genuinely human experience. He clearly thinks through his heart, gets deeply involved with his clients, and makes you feel supported rather than “managed” during what can be a stressful process. His emotional intelligence and sincerity really stand out, and those qualities build a lot of trust. I am certain with continued refinement in strategic negotiation, his impact will only grow. That said, he’s the kind of realtor who doesn’t just close a deal — he’s someone who can easily become a friend for life.
