I've worked with at least 6 real estate agents in the past and Sam is the only one who I would call on again the next time I buy/sell. He genuinely cares and listens to your needs, and he goes above and beyond. During our house hunt, Sam surprised us with a video of him interviewing a couple of neighbours in the area we were looking at. At 8AM! He was pleasant and the neighbours were more than happy to share how they liked living in the area. One time, we needed a house inspection done on a potential home before we were comfortable putting in an offer. Unfortunately, neither my husband nor I were able to make the home inspection so Sam offered to take videos of the inspection for us! Sam is trustworthy and is a man of his words and so we quickly took up his offer. He sent us videos of the inspection as soon as it was over. It helped us to quickly decide whether to make an offer on the listing. Which real estate agent do you know that would spend the time to do that for you? We were quite picky and wanted the perfect home so the process took several months but Sam was patient throughout. We love the home we bought, thanks to Sam. He's developed very good relationships with his clients, so much so that he was able to knock on a house 2 doors down (of another client of his) from one of the listings to ask if we could come in and take a look at their layout... and they happily obliged. I cannot recommend Sam enough!

In 2014, Sam had helped me with the purchase of my home. Sam became completely dedicated to helping me make the right purchase and had become my partner and not just a real estate agent looking to make some money. I felt like we were buying the home together! He was patient, honest, smart and caring. His priority was to make sure I found a home I would be happy with. To add to the challenge of buying a home, we decided to go after a home that was a 'power of sale' which added a lot more unknowns and stress to the process. Sam was there with me every step of the way providing support and sound advice. I never felt pressured to make any decisions I was not comfortable with. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family!

I have known Sam for over twenty years when we worked in the corporate world, in marketing and IT respectively. As a coworker, he was friendly, very responsive, creative and had great attention to detail. All these skills has translated into Sam being a superb realtor. I am a repeat client. He helped sell my condo about seven years ago in two days over asking. In the last six months, he has helped my husband and I with three real estate transactions, selling my dad’s house, selling our townhome and our purchase of a detached home. Each transaction posed a unique set of challenges, but Sam managed it all with great insight, creative marketing and valuable advice. He explained all the options in great detail and we never felt pressured. During each of these transactions, Sam was travelling and out of town. But he conducted the time sensitive negotiations and paperwork seamlessly. This just speaks to his dedication and commitment.
