He told me exactly how he would sell my home, how quickly he expected it to happen, and at what price he felt was the best . Guess what!? He was right! He followed through on all his assurances and sold my house in good time. I am SO very happy to have had Sam Ireland as my realtor. He will get my referral every time! Sam met with me on a Monday, reviewed comparable sales in my area and explained FairPlay. By Thursday/Friday there were two packed days of realtor viewing and Saturday/Sunday were open to the public. By the end of day Friday, I had two offers, over list on my home! Sam is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the realty world and doesn't hesitate to go over information a second time if need be. It was really a no-brainer to get on board with FairPlay. I have nothing but respect for Sam, his professionalism, attention to detail and to his clients and to ensuring all parts of the listing, sale and completion are met. Sam is an amazing realtor. I met him at an open house where Fair Play was being used. I was intrigued. Our family chose him to sell our parents home that had been in the family for 50 years. It was a very emotional time and Sam's professionalism and guidance made everything so much easier. We chose the Fair Play system and it was great! Buyers could see what was being bid and we could see all the bids over a weekend. It was much better than being pressured to take the first offer on the first day. The Fair Play system also allowed buyers to decide how much to bid and gave them a chance against developers. Our family was very pleased with the fair and final price and we were able to honour our parents' wishes to have the house go to a family. Well done, Sam Ireland! Cannot express just how appreciative we are to have had Sam as our agent to help us complete the purchase of our first home here in Alberta. We were across the country in NB and Sam made the process so seamless, it's as if we were here. From the viewing to the negotiations he was a true professional. He was at the airport to pick us up and even after we moved in we could still call on him to assist with anything that we needed help with.
