Sam went above and beyond to help us purchase our property! First, he visited all the properties we were interested with us virtually. Once we narrowed it down he ensured an in person visit during a quick trip we booked from out east! He negotiated so well on our behalf AND patiently provided support and guidance every step of the way. This included answering and clarifying all of our questions and referring us to ALL the right people EVERY step of the way (even to incredible agents just outside Montreal for the sale of our home!!!). He was also there to support us during the home inspection and provided support right up to and even after purchasing. We can not thank you enough for everything!! We highly recommend Sam for his professional skills but ALSO for his great personality!!! You are guaranteed to have more than one great conversation and laugh with him!!

Sam was simply amazing. He helped us find the perfect house. We couldn’t find what we wanted, it took close to 40 viewings to find the place for us. Sam did not think twice weekend after weekend driving us all over the city. He was always made himself available to answer any questions we had. He is so knowledgeable, and handled everything with just the right amount of humor or compassion. When we were frustrated, he helped us get back on track. We ran into a lot of issues with our bank and Sam was always there supporting us and helping to direct us where we needed to go. If he couldn’t help with something, he always knew who to call. He knew when to walk away to let us make a decision and when to give us a helping hand. We could not have asked for a better Realtor. Thank you Sam - we could not have done this without you.
