Cannot express just how appreciative we are to have had Sam as our agent to help us complete the purchase of our first home here in Alberta. We were across the country in NB and Sam made the process so seamless, it's as if we were here. From the viewing to the negotiations he was a true professional. He was at the airport to pick us up and even after we moved in we could still call on him to assist with anything that we needed help with. I highly recommend this man, it wasn't just transactional, it was very relational with him, and it's safe to say, we can now call him friend.

We had a great experience, He has many hook ups for touch ups, insurance, etc. was very accommodating and really works hard to find you a buyer.

Sam went above and beyond to help us purchase our property! First, he visited all the properties we were interested with us virtually. Once we narrowed it down he ensured an in person visit during a quick trip we booked from out east! He negotiated so well on our behalf AND patiently provided support and guidance every step of the way. This included answering and clarifying all of our questions and referring us to ALL the right people EVERY step of the way (even to incredible agents just outside Montreal for the sale of our home!!!). He was also there to support us during the home inspection and provided support right up to and even after purchasing. We can not thank you enough for everything!! We highly recommend Sam for his professional skills but ALSO for his great personality!!! You are guaranteed to have more than one great conversation and laugh with him!!
