<p>Sam was very well organized, personable, caring, respectful, professional and thorough in getting the home ready to list, the listing process, and the selling/closing process. She worked well through the normal issues of receiving and negotiating fair offers without getting disappointed if things went sideways. “Onwards” was her rallying cry and it worked. I had shortlisted three seasoned realtors and felt she had the best local market knowledge, was the best prepared for our initial conversation, and a great fit to work with.
