Sam Corea was professional, informed, compassionate and motivated to sell our 46-year old home in Thorncliff. From our first meeting, Sam presented a marketing (and selling) strategy that could be effective in a "Buyers-Market". Sam was very forthright regarding his strategy - and that his strategy would involve the entire TEAM at Sam Corea Real Estate. The marketing, administrative and support provided by Sam's TEAM was exceptional. The quality of the marketing brochure and the on-line posting was outstanding - and the timing of the first Open House was perfect. Overall, our experience working with Sam Corea, and Sam Corea's TEAM, was "12 out of 10" !!! I would highly recommend Sam Corea for any real estate transaction - either selling or buying.

Sam is a wonderful Realtor - puts his clients best interests at heart and invests time and energy to ensure that we get the best deal possible. In a difficult market, in a difficult price window - Sam did a good job managing our expectations and helping us a achieve a good outcome. I would happily work with Sam again - he has become more than "just a Realtor" he has become a trusted-advisor and good acquaintance of the family.

Sam exceeded my expectations! After meeting Sam and choosing him as the agent to sell my home, I was confident that I'd made a good decision. My wife and I recently sold our house with Sam and are very happy with the decision.
