Sam is a wonderful Realtor - puts his clients best interests at heart and invests time and energy to ensure that we get the best deal possible. In a difficult market, in a difficult price window - Sam did a good job managing our expectations and helping us a achieve a good outcome. I would happily work with Sam again - he has become more than "just a Realtor" he has become a trusted-advisor and good acquaintance of the family.

Sam exceeded my expectations! After meeting Sam and choosing him as the agent to sell my home, I was confident that I'd made a good decision. Throughout the process, I was impressed not only by his professional manner but also by how supportive he was.
