We recently used Sam to sell my parent's house. Right from the start Sam was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived at our first meeting with statistics on the neighborhood and any recent sales. It was obvious that Sam was an expert at real estate. Sam also took the time to listen and understand my parent's concerns and wishes for the sale of their house. The photo booklet that he put together to display the house was outstanding! We all appreciated the open communication, strategic plan and other details that Sam told us to help sell the house. Not only is Sam an outstanding realtor, he is also very kind, genuine and caring. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor for the sale of the house.
