Samantha helped me tremendously in selling my house. On Samantha’s first visit to the house, she saw how much my house needed repairs and recommended repainting the upper floor. She recommended 2 painting contractors to bid on the repairs and her recommendations for the painters resulted in me making the best choice. Samantha kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and helped with any questions I had. When it was time to place the home on the market, she brought in a photographer and took amazing pictures. She also wrote a great description of the property on the MLS sheet. To cap off her great work she produced an amazing video with narration, and she was the star of the video which gave it a real human touch. Samantha is a great realtor, and I will recommend her to anybody who wants to sell and buy a home.

For a first time home buyer she was super helpful and fast acting getting me into my first home! Shes 11/10 me and my family really appreciate all her help from the start of the looking/buying process to when I got my keys and even after my possession date! I would highly highly recommend her!
