Samantha brought me a buyer for my condo many years ago and I promised her when it was time to buy again I would give her a call. Fast forward 5 yrs later and this girl moved mountains for my family!!! We were relocating from a different city and Sam was super flexible and quick to jump on virtual showings. At one point late on a Sunday evening she dropped what she was doing and hit the road to show us a place before anyone else could view it. We ended up looking at close to a dozen houses but as soon as we found our forever home, Samantha was on top of it! We ended up in a bidding war and Samantha was all over it immediately and made sure we came out on top for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this amazing young woman to anyone looking to buy or sell!

We bought while in another province so she ‘walked’ us through many homes on FaceTime listening to our wants and needs and helped choose neighborhoods that we would be comfortable to live in Her attention to detail was faultless We found our home and her assistance went well beyond the sale.
