Working with Sally, Logan and their entire team was an experience that was truly beyond description. Sally's in depth knowledge and how she uses that knowledge to do the absolute best for her client. In our situation, our home we were selling needed a few minor, but time consuming, things so during our first meeting I explained I wanted to know what absolutely needed to be done and what did not to prep the home for market. She said that if I did any one of the things that I would really need to do everything. She told us that it is best to correct none of them and put the house on the market at a slightly lower price, so that was the direction we went. That advice got our house on the market two weeks earlier than had we completed those deficiencies. She also is not one who believes in putting the home on the market at too high a value. Those two little pieces of advice also resulted in a good number of showings which got us a more than fair offer rather quickly and having the house sold in only one week on the market. Early in the process, there was time set aside to have the photographer come and take all photos and get the dimensions of each room. On that morning my wife and I were way behind in cleaning and tidying up before the photographer arrived. So Sally and Logan jumped right in and began to help us. That is simply one of the little things that we would not ever expect of our realtor but one that she took upon herself to help us. This is just one of the little things she did for which we will be forever grateful. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Sally or Logan. If we were to ever purchase or sell again we would most definitely use Sally and I would highly recommend her to anybody and everybody who is looking for that realtor that will have or find all the answers to any of your questions, will not hold back if she feels you are asking for things that may not fit with your situation and will certainly go above and beyond in everyway possible to get you exactly what you want, whether you be a purchaser or seller. Both she and Logan are incredibly personable and extremely professional which go a very long way in making the very stressful time of either selling or buying as pleasant and easy as is possible. I know that both, my wife and I, will be forever thankful that we chose to go with Sally and Logan.

Sally and Logan found several for me to view and I ended up with an outstanding top floor unit with an oversized balcony and wonderful view.
