Ryan did fantastic job at helping us locate our family home, he also did a great at negotiating the purchase price. Buying a home can be very difficult and very stressful there has been many of times where I called him because of problems and errors that occurred out of his control, he was able to calm me down ease my mind and fix the problems immediately. My husband and I strongly recommend if you are purchasing a home to choose Ryan Black.

As a first time homebuyer I was worried about the whole process, however my realtor was exceptional! Not only did he explain everything to me as we went, he did not make me feel rushed or dumb for my silly questions.
