Ryan was an amazing realtor. We are moving from BC to AB and found him online. When we were coming to look at houses we asked him to show us some places that we found online that seemed great online but as we looked at places we realized that we requested places that were way to small for our family of 6. After looking at houses for a day we talked it over and decided that we needed to start our search over again with larger houses. Ryan spent time more time asking us what we needed. He then took time that evening to find more houses for us to look at. He found what we were looking for. He helped us set up an inspection and get the right person to help with financing. We can't wait to move into our new house. Ryan is the person you need to help you find a house!!!

I have had other real Estate Agents in the past. I would really have to say that Ryan Black went above and beyond to answer any questions that we had. He would be available at anytime. He has the patience of a saint, because he never once faltered when i would ask the same question 3 or 4 times, for understanding. He walked us through the whole process and ensured that we understood what came next. He was able to offer us some references, when we would inquire about whom to call IE home inspector, Lawyer, Electrician. We have been treated with total respect and validated through out the buying process. If anyone is looking for a Real Estate Agent that is working for you.....I say without hesitation, call Ryan Black. He is your man. He is pleasant, respectful, listens well, and a great communicator. He is an incredible human.
