Ruth Lamb is by far the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with in all my years of buying and selling properties both in Canada and the US. This lady exudes professionalism. I just cannot say how wonderful my experience with her has been. Ruth kept me informed on any and all levels of communications every step of the way without me having to chase after her with questions or concerns, no matter the hour of the day or night. She made me feel as if I was the most important person in her life. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her ; and as a business owner myself, this gave me great confidence and faith in her skills. Ruth’s negotiating skills by far, top the charts. Even in this uncertain real estate market today, she never once during the listing ever suggested I lower my asking price. Should I ever have the need to engage with a real estate agent In the future, Ruth will absolutely be my ‘go to’ professional.
