Yes, Ruth possesses all of the basic skills of a professional agent: knowledgeable, timely, excellent communicator, effective negotiator. What surprises is her unique understanding of us, as clients. She quickly connected us with properties that met our initial criteria. After our first showing, she commented, “This property will not work for you”, to which we agreed and appreciated. The next showing resulted in us making an offer. No messing around!
