Rukhsana Malik definitely went above and beyond her job. 5 stars really aren’t enough to give it to her. We found Rukhsana via some of our friends who always ranked her number 1 with all the good positive reviews. Rukhsana’s excellence is really solid and consistent. As picky home buyers, the following are the things that I think Rukhsana has been consistently exceeded: 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person’s level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didn’t do it on purpose. It’s just what home buyers do and me being myself). I couldn’t recall the specific questions that I’ve asked Rukhsana but I was very impressed every time when I got a response from her. Her expertise and timely response make Rukhsana really reliable. 2. Timely communication – Rukhsana has so many clients at hands but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It’s not just about the delivery on time; it’s the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. 3. Care – this is where I really think Rukhsana went above and beyond. A month after closing also, Rukhsana followed up the whole time! If we are rich enough to purchase our next house, Rukhsana will definitely be our first choice! Thank you so much Rukhsana!

She was very helpful in finding us tenants to lease our property. She made sure to answer all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. She also made sure the entire process was very easy and smooth.

If you’re a first time home buyer, she’s the one for you! from amazing skills for explaining all the steps all the way to signing the final waiver form, she’s a very responsible and informative agent! I was a first time home buyer and so I did not have much knowledge about this field, but Rukhsana was very patient and knowledgeable about the matter. She patiently explained every step during the process of buying my first house! I had a delighted experience and it wasn’t nearly as stressful as I imagined because I had an extraordinary realtor!
