I would wholeheartedly recommend Rukhsana to any aspiring tenant. She is methodical, leaves no stones unturned in her research, has a good sense for understanding your preferences, makes you feel secure and has your back at all times. I was a newcomer and lacked certain key qualifiers like a Canadian credit history. As such, my application was not as strong as it could have been, which was difficult in the market conditions during our search. In spite of that, Rukhsana helped us secure one of our top housing choices. More than anything, she is a wonderful human being.
