We found Rukhsana Malik online. It was our first home purchase in Canada and we had lots of questions. We found her a knowledgeable & professional who knows the market and entire process. It was pleasure working with Rukhsana. She helped us to get our dream home. She tried to understand our requirements first and did her own research to make list to show us houses for each visit. She was always available to answer our questions whenever we had any doubts. She negotiated and got us a really good deal. I had wonderful experience with her and definitely recommend her.

Rukhsana Malik did a tremendous job to sell our house in a reasonable time frame and for a good price. She also helped us to purchase our home. She really cared for her clients. She understood our needs and found a great house for us. Both closing were smoothly done on the same day. She is a very knowledgeable & professional realtor who knows her job. We really appreciate her responsiveness, flexibility and negotiating skills. She was always ready to answer any of our questions and concerns and guided us on every step. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment and decided to go with Rukhsana Malik, she makes into leasing the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how she promotes her listings, social media presence was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listing. We spoke with Rukhsana and then met with her at virtually on video call. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she lease, how long her listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on other listings in the area. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell or lease a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. We accepted and Rukhsana (who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Rukhsana Malik to everyone I know. She’s a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell/lease your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
