From our very first conversation to the sale of our home and beyond, Ruby has been cordial, approachable, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and extremely professional. She was always reachable by phone, text or email in a timely manner. She thoroughly explained the process in detail and left no room for ifs... and buts... and explained all possible outcomes. At our request, she referred her team to help with renovations, cleaning, advertisement, staging and etc. She always offered and never put pressure on us to use her referrals as we had some referrals of our own too. Her team provided excellent services as well. With three young kids, she ensured our lives were minimally impacted by the whole process. From our actual posting date to the sale in 2 weeks, she used her experience of working in the Brampton East neighbourhood and her outstanding skills as an agent to negotiate and finalize the sale very quickly and tactfully.
