If you are looking for an agent as a first time home buyer, this is the agent you need. I contacted Ruby in May 2024 letting her know I was looking for an agent. She responded quickly. From that moment on, she was also very prompt with her responses, was extenly knowledgeable, let me know when to get things done (for example I was not sure when to look for home insurance and she let me know when), she was able to make recommendations for inspectors, brokers, any type of repair person. Ruby made the process extremely easy. She was very personable, was able to answer any questions, and more then anything she never pressured me. Multiple times throughout the process she told me she wants me to be comfortable and if I wad not comfortable with a home, to pull back. Ruby also made sure we did not waste time looking at places that she knew would go for way over the listed price. Ruby was amazing. She was able to provide great suggestions for homes, always timely, abd more importantly did not judge me or make me feel uncomfortable when I did not like a property. There was no pressure. I will be using Ruby again when I sell and buy. I recommend you also use Ruby if you want someone who is a true expert and professional, working will actual be looking out for your best interest.
