Roxane nous a accompagné dans le processus d'achat de notre maison avec beaucoup de professionalisme. Ses forces sont bâties sur la technicité, la patience, la disponiblité et l' attitude positive. Nous avons commencé à faire des visites au début du mois de mars 2023 et quand nous n'appréciions pas la maison , elle nous disait avec sourire: "Je ne suis pas du tout pressée, prenez votre temps, je vous garantis que je serais toujours avec vous jusqu'à ce que vous aurez fait un choix judicieux". Au moment de la visite, elle prenait le temps de nous expliquer ce qui est bien et ce qui est lacunaire et répondait à nos questions. Sa flexibilité nous permettait de coordonner les visites avec aisance. Quand nous n'étions pas disponibles pour faire des visites, elle s'adaptait à nos propositions de l'horaire. Elle était toujours joviale et organisait les visites de façon agréable. Je la conseillerai aux autres elle possède du savoir et et du savoir-être très poussés.

I had such a great experience with Roxane! We were purchasing our first home and she walked us through everything and made the process very easy. She gave us so much of her time and always seemed as if she was happy to do so. She was very knowledgeable and pointed pros and cons out in a property, that we would never have noticed on our own. We will recommend her to all our family and friends.

Roxane was an amazing real-estate agent. She was very informative from the first point of contact, extremely organized, well informed and very friendly and professional. It was a relatively seamless process, she guided us throughout the entire sale of our home and purchase of our new home. We enjoyed the time we spent viewing the various homes, discussing our needs and wants. All of the people or businesses she worked with were all equally great and efficient. She has a wealth of knowledge of the neighborhoods we were looking in and gave some great suggestions.
