Super knowledgeable about the city and always went above and beyond for us. I've moved several times due to work and Roxane made this move so smooth and easy for us in finding our perfect house.

Mon mari et moi nous avons rencontré Roxane grâce a un de ses anciens clients. Nous l’avons rencontré à un moment crucial de notre vie car nous étions à peine arrivé au Canada et elle nous a aidé pour la location de notre premier logement. Des notre première rencontre l’objectif était clair on voulait devenir propriétaire le plus rapidement possible. Roxane s’est souvenu de notre première conversation et elle nous a contacté exactement un mois après pour voir si notre désir d’acheter était encore présent, elle nous a guidé pas à pas de la pré approbation du prêt jusqu’à la signature du contrat et ceci en moins de 3 mois. Très professionnelle, toujours à l’écoute de ses clients, toujours prête à les conseiller, je recommanderais vivement Roxane à tous ceux qui désirent soit acheter ou louer une propriété. J’espère que ma famille refera bientôt appel à Roxane pour d’autres transactions.

Roxane is an amazing real estate agent who helped us to buy our first home. She has excellent negotiating skills and a good knowledge of the real estate market. We were so impressed to see that she jotted down every single asked from our end and responded to it as quickly as possible. She not only helped us answer the house-related questions but also went out of the way to share information for daycares and schools. We found her very organized, like reminding us to update all the required doc with new addresses, and booked the calendar in advance for every appointment. It's been a smooth ride with her to buy our first home and we are so thankful to Roxane for all her assistance. We highly recommend her.
