Rosanna helped us with our first home in 2005, we found Rosanna to be very patient and willing to go above and beyond our expectations of what to expect out of a realtor considering some stories we've heard from some friends and their experiences with their realtors. We liked Rosanna and her professionalism so much that we used her again in 2010 and she sold our home to upgrade into Sturgeon County. Rosanna was very professional and really focused on providing me with as much information as possible to make an informed decision. She helped me with both investment and primary residents. She was timely in getting back to us when sellers were counter offering which is important. She respected our budget and didn't waste time bringing forward properties that were not in our budget range. Lots of other agents do that and its frustrating. My husband and I first contacted Rosanna when we were looking for an investment property.
