My experience with Rosanna and the Fischer team over the past 6 years has always been excellent. I have used multiple realtors in the past and have completed transactions without a realtor but to date I have gone with her on four separate occasions as her knowledge, experience and overall professional demeanour leaves me impressed each time I deal with her. She is a hardworking realtor, has an exceptional team and always keeps me in the loop for each property transaction I make with her. I am constantly made of aware of all things happening at each stage of the transaction and her responses are basically immediate. She is flexible in her communication and even if she is unavailable (which is rare) somebody from her team is there filling me in without missing a beat. Her knowledge of the Edmonton area is superb and she is aware of the advantages, disadvantages and value of each community. She tends to explain the reasoning for her opinions regarding the evaluation for each part of the Edmonton area which is also great because I rarely take people at their word. Another thing I like about Rosanna is she always up to speed on what is happening on the development front and being a long time resident, investor and realtor she has a lot of historical insight in most areas of the Edmonton area, it makes me more confident as an investor to see this knowledge applied when justifying the value of a property. Whether I am buying an investment property or my personal residence Rosanna has really impressed me with her negotiation skills as well. She and her team have excellent insight each time I have used them for a transaction. In my opinion she really understands the state of mind of the client and other parties involved with the negations. In my experiences with Rosanna she will offer her advice but even if you don't agree with her she will take the time to understand why there is a difference in opinion. She likes to reconcile any discrepancy so both sides can be informed and if there is no consensus she has no issue agreeing to disagree and executing what I the client feels is necessary. I never feel pressured when dealing with Rosanna and I cannot say the same for other realtors I have used. The last thing that set Rosanna apart from other realtors I've used is that she typically speaks in terms of value. This is one thing I really appreciate as an investor, whether it is the attributes of the property itself or regarding its location, value is the language she speaks. In my opinion it demonstrated that t she understands what I, and most other people, are looking for in when seeking a realtor's services. Overall I think Rosanna is an really solid realtor and I find myself recommending her regularly to people as a result of my past experiences with her.

<p>Rosanna is very knowledgeable, the transaction went smooth, she answered any questions I had and put our mind at ease. This was a Unit in a condo complex so there are always other questions, rules, documents to order, etc and she helped us with that. Would recommend her and her team to anyone needing a great Realtor.</p>

Rosanna should be the only choice if you want to sell your house. She was extremely professional about the way she handled the whole selling process. She made me feel at ease in knowing that she would take care of all the details even when selling a house can be a stressful situation. I would highly recommend using her again.

Rosanna and Brian have been our agents on multiple residential property deals since 2005--they are terrific! They have provided excellent advice on pricing and buying/selling strategy, and they are top shelf negotiators. They understand our goals and don't push us in directions we're not interested in, but when we're ready to make a move, they pounce! Strongly recommended.
