<p>The experience on a whole was not very well organized and we felt as though we did most of the work. The online appointment maker was a feature we did not care for as it felt as though we were doing the work we had paid the realtor to do and most of the showings did not provide any feed back. There were many things missed in the initial listing and the pictures and organization of them seemed quite jumbled. Over all we think with better representation we should have garnered a higher selling price. We had already been moved out of the home for over a month and out of the province and had left the property in their supervision for showings and minor maintenance (ie shoveling). This was not looked after which we believe lead to the overall poorer showing.</p>

My husband and I were first time home buyers and could not have gotten through the process without Ron. Ron's knowledge of the Strathmore area was excellent even though his office is located in Calgary. We felt confident and at ease with each step of the process. Ron was quick to respond to any questions we had and was available to show us properties at all times of the day. He provided us with thorough back up documentation on each of the houses we saw and also was able to point out things in each house that both my husband and I would have missed. Ron worked hard to get us the best possible purchase price. I would definitely recommend Ron to anyone looking for a hard working, knowledgeable and friendly real estate agent.

As a younger couple searching to build or buy, the agent was knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions . He was easy to get ahold of and made buying a house seem a lot less stressful.
