Ron Garneau was very helpful in my long search for a home. It is my first home purchase, and my needs changed along the way. Ron was always quick getting me into any of the properties that interested me. Ron also never made me feel pressured to make a move, and my search was probably longer than most. I found the best place to make my home and I'm glad I went with Ron!

We bought our first property with zero idea what we are getting ourselves into. But Ron helped us along the way, he meticulously explained all the steps and made sure we do understand it. Ron who has been working in the industry for years added invaluable information we wouldn't have known ourselves. Tips and tricks that can only be learned through experience. Buying a property is a big commitment. But it was reassuring that Ron and Laurie is along our side throughout the process. Would work with them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Ron Garneau did an outstanding job on two (2) transactions --sale of our home, purchase of a new home. Ron is very professional, personable, patient and communicative. In the sale of our home in Rosedale, Ron was quick in getting all the materials together for the listing (pictures, aerial photos, information about the property). He is a wealth of information and contacts about RPRs (required), tradespeople and property inspectors. We were shown a number of properties in the Lakeview and Bay View areas in Calgary. Ron worked to meet our needs and was not pushy about any particular property. He listened to objections and went to work to find properties that would fit our requirements. If we decided against a property, even at the conditional offer stage, Ron was very understanding and non-judgemental. Ron's follow up on the myriad of details involved in sale/purchase was absolutely outstanding. His understanding and management of the paperwork (computer generated) in sale/purchase transactions is excellent. Any communication is timely.
