He made sure that the negotiations were for his client's best interest. He is knowledgeable and experienced in the real estate market. He replies in a timely manner. The best experienced we had was when he re-negotiated the price of the offer and the possession date of the house we love to buy. A very stressful situation that could call off the deal but he did not give up and made sure that his client was protected. Luckily it all turned out good and the seller finally agreed to our request. He also recommended professionals that helped us like mortgage broker, home inspector and lawyers.
